I can't believe summer is coming to an end, even though it's still 100 degrees outside. We have been so busy! We've been to the beach, to the lake several times, lots of swim play dates, we've been to several family reunions, and we've traveled like crazy! It has F-L-O-W-N by!!!! Here are just a *few* pictures from the summer. I have been so behind on blogging lately...not that anyone reads anymore! ha! :)

Family Picture on Jeremy's Birthday
Hadley's First Day back to "School"---best picture I could get of both of us.
Hadley & Jack riding to the pool
Aren't they precious together!
Hadley & Ansley on a boat ride at the Lake
Hadley's favorite thing--at the park! She loves to swing & slide!
Memorial Day--she hates to have her picture taken. See how excited she is about it?!
Daddy & Hadley at the beach drinking their "morning coffee."
My Angel!! Mom & Dad renewed their vows on the beach this year. It was their 40th Wedding Anniversary!!!
Hadley having a snack out on the balcony.
On the Carousel with Grandmommy...another one of her favorites!!
Hadley being silly with her daddy! She adores him!
We potty trained Hadley in June. June 1 was the start date, and I just think she was "ready." She has done an AMAZING job, and since this is my blog, I will brag! I'm so proud of her!! Sure she's had an accident here or there, but they are VERY rare. I don't think she's had an accident in over a month. Proud Mommy!! :) We did a "boot camp" where we stayed at home for three days. I put her in panties, and I gave her M&Ms every time she was successful. I think this really worked for her. I never put her in pull ups (except for when we were on trips in the car traveling long distances--you never know when you'll find a bathroom sometimes!!). She does still sleep in a diaper during naps & at night time. I think diapers keep her more dry than a pull up. For the most part, she is dry after nap, but I'm not willing to risk it at this point....who wants to change sheets & blankets constantly!!
August 5---we moved Hadley into her big girl bed! She is sleeping in the queen bed that was in the guest room (which is becoming the nursery), and she is doing GREAT! We told her that she isn't allowed to get out unless we come get her, and she obeys! I'll take pictures & show everyone soon. I'm having her bedding made...it looks just like her crib bedding but for a queen size bed. This has been such an easy transition because I haven't had to worry about re-painting, new wall art, etc.
Hadley is so verbal & talks non-stop! Be careful about what you say around her because I promise you she will repeat everything you say! She loves to sing & dance. She LOVES dress-up clothes...I think we're buying her some dress-up for Christmas this year (I have to plan early because of baby #2!). She loves to laugh & smile. A favorite game is "under the covers." She loves to play this when daddy gets home, and we all pile in bed together & play peek-a-boo & tickle games. It's so much fun. I'm treasuring every single minute with Hadley. She has such a precious spirit, and I'm praising the Lord for her!
Baby #2 is doing great! We still don't have a name yet, but we will soon! :) Honestly, I forget I'm pregnant most of the time. I'm doing my best to watch my weight gain this time around! I'm going to the gym almost every day. I have a feeling that I'm going to wind up with another c-section, and I believe that I will have a better recovery if I stay in shape.
Jeremy is doing great, too! He had 2 exams this past Saturday, and he has one more exam next Saturday. Tentative Law School graduation is Spring 2013!!!! I can't believe it's getting closer. I am so incredibly proud of my precious husband. I don't know how he does all he does. Jeremy, I love you. Thank you for loving your family so much!
That's all for now...hopefully I'll do better about keeping up with the blog! :)
